Das vor 60 Jahren als Ein-Mann-Betrieb gegründete Lieferprogramm von Kramp mit Hauptsitz in den Niederlanden umfasst rund 450.000 Ersatzteile und Komponenten für die Bereiche Landtechnik, Garten und Forst, Baumaschinen und OEM-Markenhersteller. Die permanente hohe Qualifikation der Mitarbeitenden, kontinuierliches Wachstum und nachhaltige Leistung gehören zu den wichtigsten Elementen des unternehmerischen Denkens von Kramp.
HRForecast unterstützte Kramp dabei, die strategische Personalplanung an die sich ändernden Umweltbedingungen des digitalen Zeitalters anzupassen und mit der digitalen DNA des Unternehmens abzustimmen.

Projektansatz
1. Ausgangssituation
Während die digitale Lieferkette über alle Daten und Tools für die Auswertung verfügte, hatte Kramp nicht die Erfahrung, Big-Data-Analysen für die strategische Personalplanung einzusetzen.
Zunächst definierten Kramp und HRForecast geschäftsrelevante Kompetenzen der Mitarbeitenden, schufen Jobfamilien und schlossen auch den Faktor Beschäftigung in einem Unternehmen ein.
2. Szenarioplanung
Durch die Verknüpfung der Personal-, Finanz- und Unternehmensplanung mit externen Daten zur demografischen Entwicklung und zu zukünftigen Talentressourcen wurde eine passgenaue Umgebung für die Szenarioplanung über alle Funktionsebenen hinweg geschaffen.
3. Ergebnis
Auf der Grundlage der Analyse schätzten wir die externen Arbeitsmarktrisiken ein und ermittelten konkrete Vorhersagen zum Nettopersonalbedarf der Funktionsebene. Wir konnten künftige Personalkosten, die in einem volatilen Umfeld und durch die Digitalisierung entstehen, genau prognostizieren.
Wichtige Erkenntnisse und Mehrwert
Kramp war in der Lage:
- frühzeitig Vorkehrungen für die Dynamisierung der Belegschaft zu treffen,
- Einblicke zu gewinnen, um Funktionen und Anforderungsprofile auf der Ebene der Mitarbeitenden des mittleren Managements genauer zu bestimmen sowie
- Alters- oder Funktionsgruppen zu generieren und maßgeschneiderte Instrumente für das Talentmanagement zu schaffen.
