Your duties:
- Work with document flow (preparation / approval / signature / safety of contracts / orders / specifications / acts / invoices)
- Conducting business correspondence with clients and maintaining communication with key project managers
- Control of the timeliness of payment of invoices by the company’s clients and preparation of accounts receivable reports
Your profile:
- Work experience in an administrative position or banking
- English language – Intermediate and higher (written required)
- Ability to work with documentation + knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) packages
- A high level of responsibility, organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail
Will be a plus:
- Economic Education
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work in a team, express thoughts clearly, give and receive constructive feedback
