Senior Strategy Consultant (M/F/D)

Your duties:

Drive B2B client relationships (e.g. DAX30) and lead analytics projects with strategic impact
Develop high-impact programs by leveraging data
Understand and translate client’ challenges into actionable tasks for your analytics team
Manage multiple projects simultaneously by leveraging initiative and problem-solving skills to achieve results and meet strict project deadlines
Collaborate with external stakeholders, apply technical leadership and expertise to ensure customer needs are met, and successfully complete projects

Your profile:

At least 3 years of experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
Leadership skills
Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills
Ability to take initiative and eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others, and take personal risks
Quantitative aptitude
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to untangle complex issues
Excellent managerial and project management skills
Solid functional knowledge in one or more domains, including but not limited to strategy, transformation, and planning proven record of high performance/substantial achievements in the specific role/position
Ability to excel in a startup environment, hands-on mentality
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
English (fluent) required, German skills highly welcome
