Munich, GERMANY – HRForecast, the award-winning people analytics provider, will invest 16.8 million euros into building the next generation of end-to-end HR solutions.
HRForecast provides AI-powered solutions aimed at strategic workforce planning, talent mobility, labor market intelligence, and insights into future jobs and skills. With its new smartWork suite, the company will become a holistic provider for planning, building and connecting the workforce of the future. Specifically, HRForecast solutions and apps enable companies to build an industry-leading talent pool by empowering every employee and people manager to discover and develop the skills and knowledge necessary for the future.
