• Collaborate with the product owner/business analyst to jointly define requirements
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma as a basis for customer discussion and later for the SW development team
• Improve the design in iterations with stakeholders (customers, product owner, business analyst)
• Review the application to identify areas for improving the user experience
